My husband and I bought our first home with the help of Terry Theodorou and I know that we wouldn't have made it through this process without her. In the process of purchasing the home we wanted, I went into labor with our 5th child! Lil Dale was born early and had a lot of health problems which put him in the neonatal intensive care unit for 17 days. It was a very rough time with the ups and downs of buying our first home , having to take care of our four children at home,and then having to travel and hour back in forth to visit our sick baby in the hospital.
